Following the completion of the extensive review process of 62 proposals submitted in response to IPSO's 1st Call for Proposals in 2004, funding has so far been secured for the following joint research projects:

1. Genetics & agronomic analysis of high & low temperature stress in chickpea (Agriculture)

3. Polymorphism of GPIIB / IIIA and vascular disorders (Bio-Medicine)

5. Memory and Space in Palestinian Cinema (Humanities)
6. Disposal and management of waste sites for pesticides in the Palestinian Authority (Environment)
7. Consanguinity and congenital heart disease in Palestinian children (Genetics)
8. Electrical transport in single molecules upon stretching (Nanotechnology)
9. The roots of violence: the agriculture revolution, dominance & aggression (Anthropology)
